I honestly don’t know what you could have done any better. You did exactly what you said you were going to do in an extremely timely fashion and for a reasonable fee. I very much liked that you had people scheduled to see the apartment during a prescheduled hour of the day and also had them call me first as they were on their way. This saved me the time and effort of waiting around, a very frustrating thing to do especially during the week as I’m working!
‘Tenant – Name Withheld’ wasn’t always so reliable with getting back to me when he said he would, but, bottom line is that he leased the apartment quickly, and that is what is most important.
You provide a very valuable service for which there must be many grateful people. I know that I’m one of them. I’m impressed with your professionalism. Keep up the great work!
