Step 1: Fill Out the Apartment Questionnaire

Fill out our apartment questionnaire here to provide us with all the information we need to find you the ideal tenant as quickly as possible.

Step 2: Wait for a Call from Us

In the apartment questionnaire, we will ask about the ideal time during which you can show your apartment. As soon as we find someone who is seriously interested in renting your unit and would like to come view it, we will call or text you beforehand to let you know.

Step 3: Show Your Place

All you have to do at this point is show your unit to our tenants.

Step 4: Have Our Tenant Fill Out an Application

If one of our tenants liked the apartment & wanted to take it, then you would advise them or go with them to the leasing office so they would fill out an application to take over your apartment.

Step 5: Property Rented!

Our tenant gets approved & signs the lease. You’re apartment is now officially rented & you have nothing to worry about anymore!

Step 6: Make a Payment

After the new tenant officially rents your unit & signs a lease agreement, our payment would be due.
